This is how the current owner described it's history to me:
"Not much history really. I am the second owner. It was out of the water
on its cradle when Katrina came thru (Mobile,AL.) , and suffered some
scratches and cosmetic damage to some of the stainless. It has had an
epoxy bottom since new, and was in salt water for only about 2 years. It
only has 157 hours on the engine. It was painted flag blue since new by
the original owner and thus I kept in that colour when I had it
professionally awlgripped last March. I have a Beneteau 50 in Toronto
Harbour and thus I bought this boat to put up in Georgian Bay, instead
of a cottage. Cottage traffic to and from Georgian Bay has caused me to
rethink the process, so the boat is up for sale. I have not used it
since being awlgripped."

Guess what? The above is from almost six years ago and now he's back...asking this time around about $133,000 USD and further the brokerage who informed me that if they knew this was a Katrina boat they would never had handled it are back as well and why not just read their disclaimer.
There's a sucker born every minute. Don't be one of them.

Actual Condition This boat was in for repairs at
the marina. Hurricane Katrina washed the vessel off the blocks and
was impaled by the bow of another boat on the cabin top. The cabin
was partially flooded. The rudder is bent and the keel has
separated. Standing rigging has some damage. Engine and electrical
